When and What: The sessions take place during the school months. Watch for the publication of a new calendar during the summer time. (see link above) |
Purpose: Generations of Faith is a parish initiative which offers something for all levels of participation. It replaces the traditional Religious Education program. (PSR). “Generations” is an intergenerational, life-long, parish event centered approach to the faith formation of the entire parish community. Commitment: There are two levels of involvement in Generations of Faith. (1) A participant. All parishioners (all ages and stages of life) are invited to participate in the monthly, parish-wide gatherings. (2) As most parish activities, “Generations” utilizes dozens of parish volunteers who help in a broad range of services from lesson planning, Catechists, to meal teams, to hospitality and prayer. There is literally a place for anyone who wishes to help. Again a call to the Parish office can connect you with the best information. Preparation: There is a registration procedure and you may contact the Parish office for more information. Contact Person: Sr. Johnica D’Amico, SND or Robert Hertl (Parish Office - 835-2300) |
